Dublin Fringe Festival is seeking a dynamic, strategic and experienced General Manager to join our team. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of one of Ireland’s most ambitious and distinctive arts organisations. Working closely with the Festival Director, the General Manager will play a central role in the strategic, financial and operational leadership of Dublin Fringe Festival, helping to shape and sustain the organisation as both a year-round artist support hub and a leading multidisciplinary festival.We are looking for someone who combines strong financial and operational expertise with a genuine love of culture, artists and festivals. You will be an experienced manager, a confident communicator and a collaborative leader, capable of seeing both the bigger picture and the day-to-day detail. You will help guide a small but highly skilled team, support the delivery of an ambitious annual festival, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the organisation.About the organisation: Established in 1995, Dublin Fringe Festival is a curated, multidisciplinary festival and year-round organisation focused on fresh and innovative approaches to the arts from Irish and international makers. It is the agenda-setting festival for new work in Ireland, devoted to talent development and artform development. Alongside the annual festival, Dublin Fringe Festival supports artists throughout the year through its FRINGE LAB resource centre, offering space, professional development and vital support to the independent arts sector.About the role: In this role, you will lead on financial planning and oversight, governance, organisational systems, operational management and people management. You will work closely with the Festival Director and senior team to ensure the successful delivery of the festival and year-round programme, while also supporting income diversification, fundraising operations, partnerships and organisational sustainability.
