Essential Requirements:
* No specific qualification required; comprehensive training will be provided for Assistant Support Workers
* Social Care Workers require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
* A strong attitude to work, passion for supporting others, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
