This role involves analysing customer behaviour, shaping the venue's brand presence, and guiding promotional activity to drive footfall, bookings, and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesDiscuss business objectives, target audiences, and service offerings with the management team to identify clear marketing requirements.Develop suitable quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Prepare structured proposals outlining research plans, projected outcomes, timelines, and associated costs.Analyse and interpret market research findings, producing clear, actionable insights for management.Recommend adjustments to brand presentation, promotional messaging, pricing, packaging of experiences, and overall customer proposition based on research insights.Brief creative, digital, and advertising teams on campaign requirements and ensure alignment with the venue's brand and commercial goals.Monitor the progress and performance of marketing and advertising campaigns, recommending modifications where necessary.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent execution of promotional activities, events, and brand initiatives.Ideal ConsultantExperience in marketing, brand strategy, or campaign management, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or luxury lifestyle sectors.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Creative, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountWork from homeWork Location: In person
