Claims Handler Role
As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of claims from notification through to settlement. This involves advising and updating clients on claim progress, ensuring clear communication at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire claims process, including incident investigation, IRB management, and medical/ engineering assessments.
* Prepare accurate and timely claims data for internal and external reporting.
* Implement agreed claims handling protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
* A fully qualified CIP or ACII qualification.
* At least 3 years of experience handling claims, preferably within financial services or insurance.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish claims environment, including the Injuries Board and legal processes.
The successful Claims Handler will be responsible for managing claims efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. They will also support Account Executives/Brokers by maintaining strong client relationships and keeping them informed of developments.
