Base pay range
$24.55/hr - $26.30/hr
Prairie Farms is hiring team members for our Cooler Loadout positions.
Primary Responsibilities
* Select product per customer order in proper product rotation, utilizing FIFO method.
* Load product onto refrigerated trailers, ensure that trailers are in clean and good condition and cooling properly and that documentation is correct prior to loading.
* Document items, amounts, and code dates of each product loaded on the shipping manifest.
* Verify purchased product trailers are locked or sealed and documents on incoming goods reports. If not locked or sealed properly call a supervisor.
* Inspect trailers and goods to be received for condition and cleanliness and document accordingly. Report to supervisor if needed.
* Report any product integrity issues during storage, receiving, or loading must be reported to supervisor.
o Example: damaged, soiled product, broken seal, improper code date, improper temperature.
* Clean equipment and environment as per standards.
* Report food safety or quality issues to management and assist in implementing corrective action measures.
