Job Title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
* Actively participate in the entire sales cycle from lead identification to closure.
* Engage in both hunting new clients and farming existing accounts.
* Understand the customer's organization, buying process, decision-making process, and key decision makers.
* Lead from the front by leveraging relationships with key clients in the region to achieve business closures.
* Collaborate with partners as necessary to present services and solutions and facilitate sales closure.
* Define and execute winning sales strategies.
* Prepare customer-centric presentations and business proposals.
* Present to customer organizations including CMOs, marketing directors, product heads, and technical heads.
* Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with an in-depth understanding of commercials and business models.
Key Challenges
Pursuing deals individually or with partners, closing them successfully, and achieving sales targets.
Experience Required
* Experience in solution sales and consultative sales within the telecom industry, especially in related domains.
* Experience working in reputable organizations in front-end roles with an understanding of telco networks, mobility, value-added services, and emerging technologies.
Skills Required
Understanding of Telco Analytics, OSS, BSS, IN is advantageous.
Behavioral Competencies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong solution and consultative sales abilities.
