There has never been a more exciting time to join our team. We are recruiting for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
We seek an exceptional food and beverage leader to join us. Our colleagues possess an intuitive service style reflecting Adare Manor’s ethos of luxury. The ideal candidate will be creative, knowledgeable about current industry trends, and capable of leading a team to deliver flawless service.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Director of Food and Beverage to oversee operations in The Manor
* Leading department heads of The Oak Room, The Drawing Room, The Gallery, The Tack Room, In Room Dining, and Banqueting
* Nurturing and challenging colleagues to ensure peak performance
* Developing the product and guest service offerings to maintain market leadership
* Ensuring effective operations, service excellence, and maximizing revenue and profit in line with budgets
* Deputising for the Director in their absence
Ideal candidates will have:
* Luxury 5-star experience in a similar multi-outlet environment
* Strong leadership presence and proactive management skills
* Passion for creating energized teams and providing world-class service
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Ability to work under pressure with high-expectation guests
* Experience with LQA (beneficial)
* Solid financial and commercial awareness
