As a Reservation Agent, you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be supporting the hotel to ensure that all customer enquiries for their visit are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Please note: This is a full-time permanent role, with a Tuesday to Saturday working week roster.

Here are some of the key responsibilities as Groups Reservation Agent:
* Answering telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Booking and entering room and restaurant reservation requests using the relevant systems
* Maximising revenues by up-selling guest rooms and hotel facilities
* Handling multiple requests at any one time while maintaining composure
* Working cohesively as part of a team and liaise with other key departments to perfect the guests experience with us.
* Developing a thorough knowledge of the Leonardo Hotels brand and product
