* Assist B2B clients with inquiries and technical issues via email, phone, and chat
* Collaborate with other departments and product teams to resolve complex queries

Your Profile
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken – C2 level)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Proactive and customer-focused mindset
