We’re partnering with a leading custodian bank to hire a Senior Financial Reporting Consultant for their Ireland Operations team, based in Limerick.In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and interpreting changes to accounting standards and regulations, reviewing financial statements, and driving best practice initiatives across the department. You’ll also liaise closely with external audit firms, deliver technical updates, and support client servicing, new business opportunities, and due diligence activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and deliver financial statements to ensure compliance with Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS.Act as the primary point of contact for external audit firms and facilitate technical updates.Establish and implement best practice solutions to improve client satisfaction.Liaise with compliance and other internal stakeholders.Support training initiatives and mentor teams across locations.Represent the business at relevant external forums impacting financial reporting.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in fund administration, asset management, securities operations, or audit.Strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS.Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Experience managing training and development initiatives across teams.Working knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting systems.If you’re interested, please apply via LinkedIn or email your CV directly to lhayward@skillfindergroup.com.
