Workshop Advisor Job Description
The successful candidate will work within the Workshop team to continuously deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
The role involves:
* Dealing with customers on the phone and in person
* Setting up maintenance plans
* Handling customer queries
* Good people management skills
* Maintaining daily workshop timekeeping and labour productivity records
* Ensuring accurate recording of parts & service charges on invoicing
* Assisting with implementing manufacturer warranty guidelines
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail is fundamental to ensure quality delivery
* Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers and the manufacturer
