Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the planning, creation, and execution of engaging marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
This role will play a key part in promoting our wide range of events and ensuring our brand presence remains fresh, creative, and consistent.
Responsibilities Include
Assist in the design and creation of digital and print marketing materials (event posters, menus, ads, etc.).
Produce engaging social media content (videos, graphics, stories, reels) using tools such as Photoshop and CapCut.
Support the management of social media channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
Help develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns.
Skills & Attributes
Good level of computer literacy and proficiency in design and content tools (Photoshop, CapCut or similar).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Highly motivated, proactive, and ideas-driven.
Ability to follow instruction and work collaboratively with the wider team.
Strong communication skills with fluent English (written and spoken).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: €*****-€***** per hour
