Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of service improvements across CHI. They will work closely with staff to ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and safely.
Essential Criteria:
1. You must hold a current registration as a Children's Nurse on the Division/s of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by [NMBI]. Alternatively, you should be entitled to be so registered.
2. You have at least 7 years' post-registration nursing experience. Additionally, you require 3 years' experience in clinical practice management, practice development education or quality improvement roles within this timeframe.
