The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of operational and administrative duties that will contribute to the effective running of the day-to-day operations of the credit union. They will mainly be required to work from our Birr office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a quality service to members at the counter to enable them to make lodgements, withdrawals, loan draw down and repayments
* Handling cash, reconciling balances and accounting for any inconsistencies
* Completing other duties as required by the management team
* Undertaking relevant training as deemed necessary by the management team
The successful candidate must have:
* Be willing to work towards achieving an APA Loans designation (2 online exams)
* Have a minimum of 12 to 18 months experience working in a financial services environment or similar customer facing administration experience.
* Have an outgoing personality with strong communication and good presentation skills.
* Have good keyboard skills and proficiency in MS Office.
