Job Overview
The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for driving strategy and business results in the EMEA South region.
This leader will partner with the Group Vice President & General Manager of EMEA South to build a management cadence and rhythm, leveraging analysis of trends and performance to drive predictability, accountability, accuracy, and improved decision-making.
The Sales Operations Director will lead and drive all operational aspects of the function, including Forecast Reviews and accuracy, Pipeline Reviews, and key initiatives performance.
This role requires exceptional business partnering and relationships skills, strong coordination and presentation skills, leadership and people management skills, sharp business judgment, and the ability to see the big picture and prioritize.

About You
* You have extensive relevant experience in Sales Operations at a senior management level, preferably in a matrix organization.
* You possess a solid financial/analytical background with an operationally-minded approach.
* You have experience working in technology and ideally including SaaS companies.
In addition, you are:
* An exceptional problem-solver with a sharp business mind.
* A high-energy individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and change-driven environment.
* Proficient with CRM management and other relevant sales automation and reporting tools.
