At our Regional Office in Cork, we are seeking an exceptional leader to manage a team of motivated Carers and oversee the provision of high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to drive efficient management of carer on-boarding, rosters, training, and overall welfare.
We require a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar field roles within the Irish Healthcare system. You will have expertise in risk assessment and individual care support in the home environment, as well as a strong understanding of Clinical Governance in Home Support Care Provision.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Confidently delivering Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to ensure Carers are prepared and trained in advance of providing care to clients.
* Monitoring daily activities using our Care Management software, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and compliance at every level.
* Taking responsibility for identifying, monitoring, and managing training needs within your team by implementing a career development path in line with our HR strategy.
* Ensuring Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with our standards.
