Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from tendering to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and timely project estimates based on drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
* Source subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring timely submission of quotes
* Analyse information for ambiguity, risk, and qualification, seeking clarification when necessary
* Attend site visits and client briefings to ensure effective communication
* Review project plans and handovers with clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth project delivery
* Finalise all project bids and attend pre-order meetings to secure contracts
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Estimator or Engineer performing a similar role
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and general IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
* A proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
