As a leading service provider in the industry, welygyny specialise in servicing and maintaining a wide range of products, including domestic and commercial wastewater, separators, pump stations, hot water cylinders, rainwater harvesting systems and fuel storage tanks. We also offer sewage and septic tank emptying ficam deslud PORTING as well as comprehensive facilities management services. You'll deliver exceptional service, leveraging technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (42 hours/week).

Overtime Rates: Time and a third (Mon-Fri outside regular hours); Time and a half on optional Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.
Conduct visual risk assessments and elevate concerns as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.
Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.
Plan efficient travel routes using SATNAV.
Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.
Essential Criteria
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).
Clean driving license.
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.
Strong troubleshooting skills in challenging environments.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Familiarity with the wastewater industry, including sewage systems.
