We're a growing digital consultancy working at the intersection of BIM, regulated pharmaceutical environments, and immersive XR training. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to help make life-saving medicine more affordable by using 3D technologies to bring complex facilities, processes, and data to life.
We do this by turning models into living assets, not just for design and construction, but for ongoing virtual training, operations, maintenance, and management through our own application platform. We work with global pharma and biopharma clients on high-impact, regulated projects where quality, clarity, and trust matter.
We're now looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale this work with structure, calm, and momentum.
This role sits at the heart of the business. You'll work closely with the leadership team, support delivery across BIM and XR projects, and ensure the operational engine runs smoothly as we grow. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and enabling talented teams to do their best work, this role will suit you well.
What you'll be doing:
You'll own day-to-day operational coordination across the business, acting as the connective tissue between leadership, delivery teams, and finance. This includes managing contractor onboarding and offboarding, tracking hours and deliverables, and maintaining clear delivery workflows using tools such as Jira.
You'll support invoicing, cashflow tracking, and basic financial operations alongside leadership, helping ensure revenue is predictable and well managed. You'll also contribute to improving internal processes over time, documenting what works, simplifying where possible, and introducing structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
As the business evolves, you'll play a key role in supporting new workflows tied to our 3D, BIM, and XR platforms, helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working smoothly.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with solid experience in an operations, delivery, or senior project coordination role, ideally in a small to mid-sized business. You should be comfortable working remotely with a distributed team, confident communicating with senior stakeholders, and able to stay calm and pragmatic in a fast-moving environment.
You don't need deep technical knowledge of BIM or XR on day one, but you should be curious, organised, and capable of taking ownership. Good judgement, follow-through, and the ability to spot issues early are far more important to us than buzzwords.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Hubspot, and Microsoft 365 is a strong advantage. Experience in tech, digital delivery, construction, or regulated environments is helpful but not essential.
What we offer:
This is a senior, trusted role with real autonomy and visibility. You'll work directly with leadership and have a genuine voice in how the company operates and grows.
We offer profit sharing, reflecting our belief that people who help build the business should share in its success. We also invest in training and development, providing support to help you hone your skills in new applications, digital workflows, and emerging 3D and XR technologies.
You'll have flexibility in how you work, exposure to meaningful projects in the life sciences sector, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company with a clear mission and strong values.
How to apply:
Send us your CV along with a short note explaining why this role appeals to you and what you'd bring to the team. We're far more interested in how you think and operate than in polished buzzwords.
