Responsibilities
Design and develop complex cloud-native applications ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability; validate and qualify for enterprise readiness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and system integration.
Decompose design elements into modular components and develop validation plans.
Solve complex customer problems and contribute to intellectual property.
Build and maintain modern CI/CD infrastructure supporting numerous developers and deployment pipelines.
Mentor and groom new hires and team members to strengthen the team.
Work closely with team leadership to meet overall team objectives, fostering a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
8+ years of industry experience in software development.
3+ years of experience with data management systems and storage platforms across various workloads.
3+ years of hands-on experience with fault-tolerant, scalable cloud architectures, including service-oriented and cloud-native (FAAS, PAAS) with at least one hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Golang, Node.js, Python.
Experience with filesystems, networking, and cloud protocols.
Strong understanding of computer architecture and data structures.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and automated testing systems.
Proactive, self-driven, with strong technical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
