Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency at a busy gastro bar/restaurant in Cork City.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the venue's reputation for quality service, lively atmosphere, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
1. Operational Oversight: Working closely with the General Manager, manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant.
2. Staff Management: Support, train, mentor -and supervise staff.
3. Coffee Station Operations & Service Standards : Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained while monitoring dining and bar areas for enhanced guest experience
