You will work with the same customers over multiple years, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and supporting them through recurring renewal cycles, change projects and growth.This role suits someone who enjoysowning relationships end-to-end, managing multiple accounts simultaneously and delivering a consistently high level of service to demanding corporate clients.The RoleYou will manage a portfolio of approximately40–50 corporate accounts, many with large and complex requirements, and will be the primary contact for all day-to-day and strategic matters. Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholdersDeveloping a strong understanding of each client's business, budgets and operational needsAdvising clients through renewal cycles and ongoing service requirementsManaging changes, expansions and periodic upgrades within existing client accountsLeading structured account reviews and delivering confident, professional presentationsWorking closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality client experienceThis isnot a transactional or high-volume sales role.
