Senior HR Business Partner
to join the team and play a key role in shaping people strategy and supporting leaders across the organisation.
About the Role:
* Lead and support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
* Advise on employee relations, absence management, and workplace conduct to ensure consistent, fair, and compliant practices.
* Use HR metrics and insight to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements across the business.
* Partner with senior leaders and site managers to deliver high-performing, engaged teams.
* Provide expert, practical advice on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
* Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
* Be a visible and trusted HR presence across the business.
About You:
* Experienced HR Business Partner (5+ years)
* Confident advising senior leaders and managing complex people matters.
* Commercially minded, practical, and solutions-focused.
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Enjoys operating close to the business and making a tangible impact.
