Receptionist Excel Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist/Porter for our client who specialises in the healthcare sector. This is a key support role based in a busy building, where professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential. This is a full time temporary position. Responsibilities Open and secure the building daily, including alarm and access control. Cover the front desk throughout the day. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have appointments and follow safety protocols. Collect, sort, and distribute internal and external post and deliveries. Support staff with room setups, stationery, and supply deliveries. Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to management. Conduct regular building patrols and fire safety checks. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms. Maintain stock of public forms and assist clients with general queries. Requirements Previous experience in a reception, porter, facilities, or support role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable with basic security and safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
