Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research
Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
Create detailed functional specifications for proposed solutions
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of new systems and processes
Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making
Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Quicksite

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
