Project Coordinator - Ireland, Sligo - 12 Month Contract
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility. They have invested $55 billion in research to discover and develop new medicines, aiming for scientific breakthroughs and to improve lives. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
1. Managing the development and implementation process of the company's products and services.
2. Estimating project effort and resource requirements using standard techniques and tools, collaborating with staff to understand the scope of work, and preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project.
3. Directing project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
4. Ensuring project quality through standard development methodologies.
5. Resolving project issues by working with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.
6. Maintaining files and records, and managing document retrieval upon request.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree plus extensive related work experience, or Master's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the role.
* Ability to perform in a quality system environment.
