We are seeking an experienced Residential MEP Contracts Manager to join our team in the Dublin area. This role oversees multiple fast-paced residential projects, implements modern construction techniques, and maintains safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project execution.
Champion the implementation of modern construction methods and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations across all projects.
Drive project success by aligning with project goals from the outset, focusing on deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of modern construction techniques and their practical application.

In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction industry.
