Kylemore Cars is Irelands premier used car supermarket.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.After recently opening our new purpose-built high grade NZEB showroom we are expanding our ever-growing team.Located in the M50 Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12, Kylemore Cars is a business ready for future.We hope you join us on our journey We are currently recruiting for a number of key positions including a Motor finance administrator to join our thriving team.This is a demanding but rewarding role ensuring maximum volume in a highly efficient, timely and customer experience orientated manner adhering to our tailored vehicle sales and follow up process.Duties and responsibilities include: Assist customers in completing finance applications accurately and efficiently and maintaining close contact with both the Customer and the sales team throughout the proposal stage of the application.Liaise with finance companies to secure competitive finance packages.Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and dealership policies.Confidence during presentation of figures to potential customers including finance figures, additional products etc.with the intention of agreeing a purchase and securing a deposit.Administrative Duties: Prepare either digital or paper documents for signature by the Customer in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation required from the Customer is received, prior to their arrival Handle documentation for vehicle purchases, including contracts and disclosures.Checking, processing and uploading of signed finance agreements to the relevant Finance Company and following up to ensure prompt payment.The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.Customer Service: Explain finance options, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance and Sales Team to facilitate vehicle sales.Support marketing initiatives for finance and insurance products.The successful candidate will ideally: Have a strong desire to exceed set targets.Be committed to the role with a drive to succeed.Be efficient, with good attention to detail and follow-up.Work well as part of a team.Be an effective communicator.Be flexible in your approach to work.A positive attitude is essential.
