ACCPRO have partnered with a leading Irish specialist design and manufacturing company to recruit for a Procurement Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to get oversight of procurement across multiple projects. 5 days a week onsite – South/West Dublin. €45-50k
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the procurement requirements across multiple projects
* Create Bill of Materials
* Review Purchase Requests and raise Purchase Orders
* Select suppliers and process orders
* Monitor delivery deadlines and lead times
* Check deliveries and stock to ensure required materials are available
* Proactively follow on potential delays to mitigate risk of supply chain disruption
* Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers
* Deliver accurate material requirements planning per project
Requirements
* Ideally 2 years procurement experience
* Experience in a manufacturing setting a distinct advantage
* Certification/qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field would be beneficial
* Experience of working with a recognised ERP system
