Technical Support Role Overview
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting and resolving integration-heavy issues. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and prioritizing a queue of incidents/escalations, working with protocols and integrations across Windows/Unix environments.
* Owning and prioritising a queue of incidents/escalations
* Troubleshooting automation/integration issues across Windows/Unix environments
* Working with protocols and integrations - REST/SOAP, HTTP/TCP, FTP/SFTP
You will also have the opportunity to use tools like log analysis, debugging concepts, Wireshark/traceroute-style troubleshooting to improve support playbooks and internal processes.
