We are working with a leading Insurance Brokerage that is looking to expand its presence in the South East Region. This is an exciting leadership role for someone eager to step up or build a team under a reputable brand.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is motivated, client-facing, with strong networks in Commercial Insurance, and has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing relationships with customers. This role also involves leadership responsibilities, including team growth and development.
Responsibilities
1. Generate new business by working towards new business targets.
2. Manage a team of brokers as the team develops.
3. Meet and exceed office targets.
4. Manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
5. Convert pipeline opportunities into sales.
6. Respond to client quote requests to maximize enquiry conversions.
7. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
8. Maintain and update existing accounts with mid-term endorsements and adjustments.
9. Process policies, schedules, and endorsements on underwriting and broker systems.
10. Maintain CPD hours and ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
* CIP Qualified
* 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance
* Strong industry network
* Proven success in increasing client revenue and portfolio growth
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
