What You'll Do
* INSPIRE AND LEAD: Motivate, coach, and develop your team to surpass sales goals and KPIs across all categories, services, and appointments. Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects our values and energizes your team. Celebrate successes and create a fun, high-performance environment.
* DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH: Engage new customers confidently through energetic traffic-stopping techniques. Build a robust appointment-based business via personalized service, follow-up, and memorable experiences. Plan and execute events, store animations, and launches to excite customers and increase revenue. Develop strategic plans aligned with commercial calendars to maximize productivity.
* TRAIN & DEVELOP TALENT: Lead by example with hands-on coaching. Collaborate with our Education Team for ongoing training and ensure your team stays inspired through regular upskilling, feedback, and recognition.
* PARTNER FOR SUCCESS: Build collaborative relationships with store retail partners. Manage stock levels, ensure smooth launches, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Stay ahead of competitors and customer trends.
What You Bring
* Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
* A natural coach and mentor with a passion for leading and performance driving.
* Ability to connect effortlessly with new customers and energize them.
* Strong understanding of KPIs, appointment-driven retail, and building repeat business.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
* Availability to work key hours, including evenings and weekends.
