Job Title: Experienced Food & Beverage Manager



This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within our food and beverage department. As Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this busy property, ensuring exceptional service standards are met at all times.




Main Responsibilities:


* Working closely with the hotel's senior management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Management of all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service delivery.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume 4* hotel environment.
2. Demonstrated expertise in people management, HACCP procedures, and customer relations skills.
3. Familiarity with front office systems would be advantageous but not essential for this position.
