Join our Dublin office as a Senior Recruiter in our EMEA growth. You will be a key player in building and growing our EMEA teams from Dublin, acting as both a strategic partner and recruiting expert with ownership of how Okta positions itself in the market for top talent and culture.

Areas of Focus
* Strategic Partnership: Align talent initiatives with Okta's core business objectives across Dublin and EMEA.
* Talent Sourcing: Own full-cycle recruitment, developing and executing sourcing plans for technical, G&A, and sales profiles.
* Operational Excellence: Drive scalable processes and metrics; build operating rhythms to hit KPIs.
* Partnership & Influence: Work with leaders across Finance, HR and other business units to deliver talent solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent Okta's employer brand through internal and external events.
What You Will Do
* Build internal and external talent branding programs (e.g., referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, hiring events).
* Partner directly with internal business leadership (up to VP level) and teams across HR, Finance, Operations, Compensation, and Benefits.
* Share analytics with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
* Work across global locations and time zones in a matrixed organization.
* Balance short- and long-term hiring goals to meet immediate needs and future growth.
* Manage projects and programs within the talent acquisition space.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a high-growth SaaS organization in a business-facing recruiting role across profiles (GTM, Early Career, Engineering, and G&A) in Dublin and the broader EMEA market.
* Foundation in data and analytics, with ability to share talent market insights and success metrics.
* Ability to balance short- and long-term goals; experience influencing across global locations without direct ownership.
* Curious and intellectually driven mindset; continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
