Key Roles and Responsibilities
* To achieve operational excellence, you will lead a team of high-performers, ensuring workplace safety, quality products, and efficient processes.
* You will promote a strong culture of workplace safety by providing proactive training, coaching, and risk management support.
* The successful candidate will drive production objectives aligned to our business strategy and customer needs.
* By leveraging Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools, you will identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve process reliability.
* You will be responsible for ensuring we are audit-ready and compliant with all relevant standards, including safety and quality protocols.
* To inform decision-making, you will monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
* In this role, you will effectively manage resources to optimize labor, waste, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance.
* You will also lead projects, support audits, and engage with customers as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leadership experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams.
* Strong background in health and safety compliance and promoting a safety-first culture.
* Practical experience with OPEX/CI tools, such as Lean and 5S.
* Experience in process optimization, waste reduction, and improving OEE.
* Ability to collect and analyze data, track KPIs, and create reports.
* Skill in performance management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Monday - Thursday: 12:00 AM - 7:30 AM
* Friday: 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM
