Role: Medical Administrator Customer Services Are you a Medical Administrator looking for a fresh start? We are looking for a Medical Administrator to join our clients dynamic team.
This part-time opportunity includes General Medical Administration duties and using Microsoft Office Suite.
About your New Role: Medical Customer Services.
Answering phones in a busy environment.
Recording vital information onto the database.
Liaising with internal & external services.
Using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel.
Requirements: Leaving Certificate Examination or Leaving Certificate Vocational, 2 years Medical Administration experience is required.
Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & Power Point.
Excellent keyboard skills.
Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date.
Planning and organisational skills.
Education: Medical Certificate is an advantage Training will be provided This is a part-time role, which will involve evening shifts, and weekend shifts, Must be available immediately or at 1 weeks notice.
