CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Person in Charge to join our disability service team.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to individuals using our client's services, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing services, upholding the highest standards of care.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
* Liaise with staff, families, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' managerial experience within Social Care settings.
* Professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
* Proven experience in managing residential services.
* Level 6 management qualification.
* Full driving license and access to own transport.
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
