Business Analyst – Optimisation & Automation
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing multinational technology group with its European headquarters in Dublin. Following a series of acquisitions, they are building out their finance applications team and seeking a Business Analyst to drive optimisation and automation initiatives across group finance operations. Location: Dublin (Hybrid). Sector: Technology.

Ideal candidates will have:
* 3 + years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or finance change
* Background in consulting (Big 4/Top 10 or boutique firms) or industry BA roles
* Strong interest in automation, process improvement, and change management
* Exposure to systems development or finance applications is an advantage
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Working knowledge of SQL or advanced Excel is a plus
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the finance applications and optimisation team and reports to the Project & Automation Manager. Work will vary depending on project scope but may include:
* Supporting development and implementation of automation solutions across finance processes
* Assisting with integration of finance operations and systems following acquisitions
* Running process review workshops and documenting future-state processes
* Supporting UAT, writing test cases, and coordinating with development teams
* Promoting lean ways of working and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
