Job Title: Fresh Food Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Curraghconway, Cork
Salary: Up to €36,500 per year
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Fresh Food Manager
to join a busy retail environment.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food or retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fresh food/deli area
Lead, train, and motivate a team
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Monitor performance and drive sales targets
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and merchandising
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a supervisory/management role (food or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
Highly organised with a proactive approach
Flexible to work 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
Basic IT skills
