Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office

We are looking for a candidate for a Customer Service Agent in the People Operations Customer Service team. The contract is for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phones promptly
2. Follow up on queries with other teams/areas within the group
3. Complete six sigma forms for all inputs/letters/forms
4. Highlight issues/errors to Coordinator/Team Leader
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers
6. Be flexible and willing to assist team members and other teams
7. Adapt to departmental changes
8. Be familiar with all relevant policies, procedures, and authorizations
9. Properly escalate complaints and issues
10. Know your customers and their requirements
Role requirements:
1. Excellent team player with energy and commitment
2. Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Flexible, energetic, and innovative approach; adaptable to change
5. Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
6. Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills, with attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in a phone-based role
2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
