The hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including general medicine, general surgery.

Candidates must be registered/eligible to be registered as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the speciality of General Internal Medicine.
