Cork are recruiting a full-time Store Supervisor to join their fantastic team.OBJECTIVETo support the Store Manager in ensuring the store operates efficiently and professionally thus ensuring exceptional store performance, high profits and exceptional customer service.SUPERVISORYSupervise the activities of retail sales team on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to an appropriate levelEnsure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all timesTo delegate and communicate effectively with the retail sales teamTo supervise the effective induction and training of employeesAssist the Store Manager in the effective management of retail sales team performanceCUSTOMER CARETo ensure customers receive high quality and consistent service at all timesTo deal with and rectify customer complaints in an effective and pleasant mannerTo pro-actively take necessary action in store improvements following customer complaintsJob requirements
The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributesProven ability in managing retail sales team including the following:-Planning & organising-Problem solving-Managing performanceExcellent knowledge of HACCP requirements with a relevant qualificationExcellent interpersonal relationsExcellent understanding of consumer needsProven track record in achieving agreed targetsAn excellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changesCommitted to continually improving standardsSelf-motivatedThe ability to work in a pressurised environment All doneYour application has been successfully submitted
