Job Description:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Renewal Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and grow revenue with existing customers.
This includes managing current renewals, upselling prepaid maintenance, and reinstating lapsed customers. You will work closely with the Quest Software sales team, as well as other internal teams, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate forecast and activities for assigned region in CRM (Siebel & Salesforce)
* Create strong working relationships with key stakeholders
