What will I be doing as a Lavazza Supervisor at Applegreen?
· Support the Lavazza Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
· Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Lavazza coffee beverages.
· Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
· Ensure that the store is operating in line with Lavazza standards, policies, and procedures.

An Applegreen Lavazza Supervisor would ideally: · Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
