Asset Manager
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to administer our assets and facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and invoice management.
* Assist with compiling information for annual returns, management reports, and board reports.
* Draft communications to respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
* Manage facilities, including upkeep of service records and liaison with service contractors and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level degree and at least 2 years' experience in a busy office environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, as well as knowledge of housing/facilities management and commitment to the ethos and values of the organization.
