Leadership Role in Disability Services
The Person in Charge will provide the highest possible standards of support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential disability service. The role requires a positive and communicative person who is passionate about providing care and has experience working with autism.
In partnership with our client, this leadership position involves acting as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in Social Care or a relevant qualification, along with experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential service that meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements. This includes report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management. A full current driving license with full eligibility to drive in Ireland is also required.
