Job Title: Office Manager Location: Dublin Working Model: 3 days in the office, flexible Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Office Manager to join our client, a global insurance group, at their Dublin branch.
This is a senior, multi-faceted role offering exposure to both operational leadership and light team support.

Working closely with branch management and the wider team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient running of the office and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Your Role Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity.
Support the underwriting team with administrative tasks, including documentation, event preparation, and workflow assistance.
Attend management meetings and communicate office developments to staff.
Collaborate with colleagues across locations to maintain smooth operational practices.
Assist with organizing meetings and events Work closely with HR regarding onboarding and HR related issues Contribute to process improvements to enhance office efficiency and team support.
Your Skills Proven experience in office or operations management, ideally in a regulated or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of liaising effectively at all levels.
Confident IT skills, including Word and Excel.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not essential.
