Cash Office and Accounts Administrator – Retail
My client is a long-standing retail business with 4 stores in Galway City, a mix of ladies, mens, and childrenswear fashions, homewares, furnishings, gifts and more
Based in their biggest store this person will oversee all cash office duties and with the guidance of the accountant will assist with the accounts payable function.
I am looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, is enthusiastic and has excellent attention to detail to handle physical cash and transactions.
Salary €32k. Hours are 9-6, no Sundays but you will work every 2nd Saturday with a day off midweek.

1. Accounts payable processing
2. Debtors Maintenance
3. EPOS Maintenance
4. Daily Cash Reconciliations
5. Bank Lodgements
6. Managing any calls to the store and resolving any queries or issues
