Senior Project EngineerMy client, an established Tier 1 Contractor is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead pharma/industrial projects from design through to fit-out and handover. You’ll work closely with clients, manage project quality, and ensure compliance with BCAR and industry standards. This role is also open to a Junior/Assistant Project Manager with strong technical experience who is looking to progress to a senior engineering/project management role.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects through design, fit-out, and handover.Ensure compliance with quality standards and BCAR regulations.Coordinate and review designs and ensure smooth integration with construction/fit-out works.Act as a client contact, managing expectations and relationships.Support project teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress.Maintain project documentation and reporting.Key Skills & Experience:7+ years’ experience preferred for Senior Project EngineerExperience in pharma or industrial projects preferred.Knowledge of quality systems, BCAR, and fit-out processes.Strong client-facing skills.Good design coordination experience.Ability to manage projects independently and support junior team members.Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
