The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors to join their excellent Corporate & Commercial team in Dublin or Cork.The team advises domestic and international clients on all aspects related to:Mergers and acquisitions;Private equity transactions;Venture capital investments;Corporate reorganisations; andCommercial contracts.The firm is interested in hearing of qualified Solicitors within 2-10 years' PQE and excellent relevant experience in the Corporate & Commercial field, ideally gained in top tier law firms.
